These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and cx777d. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
cx777d is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the cx777d Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cx777d does not accept liability for any Player who accesses the Platform in violation of local laws. Players residing in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or maintain an account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cx777d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify cx777d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
cx777d is required by its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
cx777d may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, following large deposits, or prior to any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cx777d may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.

In circumstances where suspension or closure results from confirmed fraud or a material breach, cx777d reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.
cx777d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, MCB, and Allied Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Cashier page within your account and are subject to change with notice.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your cx777d account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds, typically within one business day. cx777d does not charge deposit fees on standard PKR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which cx777d accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests are processed following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. cx777d targets the following processing times: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) within eight minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within one business day during standard banking hours in Pakistan. cx777d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing funds, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to method availability. cx777d may require that a minimum portion of deposited funds be wagered prior to withdrawal approval in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. cx777d does not apply withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions.
Player deposits are held in accounts segregated from cx777d's operational funds. This means that your deposited balance is protected from cx777d's business creditors and is available for withdrawal in accordance with these terms. Segregated funds protection is a condition of cx777d's international gaming licence.
cx777d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sportsbook promotions. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game mechanics and payout structures, while these Terms shall govern account conduct and financial matters.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, system error, or human error that affects a game outcome or displayed odds, cx777d reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. cx777d does not guarantee the availability of any game or betting market at any time and accepts no liability for losses arising from system downtime or interruption.
Sportsbook markets, including PSL cricket, Pakistan national team matches, UFC, and football, are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. cx777d reserves the right to settle markets prior to official confirmation in clear-cut cases and to subsequently revise settlement if the official result differs. cx777d reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error — including but not limited to bets accepted after an event has concluded or bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error. Where a bet is cancelled, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx777d Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and forfeiture of balances:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx777d's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cx777d account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cx777d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if cx777d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cx777d does not exclude or limit liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cx777d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.
cx777d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is accessible via the footer of the Platform. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
cx777d collects data necessary for account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have consented, marketing communications. cx777d will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or licensing obligations.
cx777d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by regulatory authorities.

You may close your cx777d account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts with active self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with the responsible gaming policy. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of closure that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
cx777d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; inability to verify identity or age within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback; or for any other reason that cx777d deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with regulatory requirements.
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a confirmed breach by the Player, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on record. Where termination results from a confirmed material breach, cx777d reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance after providing written notice of the reason for forfeiture.
In the event of any dispute relating to your cx777d account, a wager, game outcome, bonus, or any other matter arising under this Agreement, you should first contact cx777d customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. cx777d will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute handled by cx777d's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under cx777d's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation body are available on request from customer support.
cx777d's records — including bet histories, transaction logs, and game round data — shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process absent clear demonstrable error. cx777d's decision on matters of game outcome and settlement is final unless overturned through the formal escalation process described above.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx777d's international gaming licence is issued. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between cx777d and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and negotiations between the parties relating to that subject matter.
